Our air outlet network series protects condenser coils and fan assemblies while optimizing airflow for outdoor units, heat pumps and industrial ventilation. Materials include powder-coated steel and reinforced ABS/PP, with mounting hardware and anti-corrosion finishes available.

Plastic Axial Fan Blades
High-efficiency impellers for air conditioners, air coolers, tower fans and ventilation equipment.
We mold balanced, low-noise fan blades in AS, ABS, PP and reinforced composites. Each design is reviewed for airflow, noise and structural strength before tooling, with rapid prototypes available for validation.

Fan Wheels, Blowers & Rotors

Our rotor series covers cross-flow drums for tower fans and air curtains, centrifugal wheels for ducted units and blower housings for heat pumps and dryers. Housings can be supplied in plastic or metal, with motor mounts and inlet rings to your drawing.
